Service Address: This is the location of your desired Viasat services.
Installation: Standard Installation includes professional installation of Viasat equipment by a certified installer. Travel to and from your location within 50 miles of installer office. Up to 150 feet of RG-6 cable from antenna to modem. Cable routed through one exterior wall and one interior wall or floor. Viasat modem connected to one computer. Multiple PCs and wireless routers are not included.
Please note, scheduling is not confirmed until your order is completed. Your sales rep will try to schedule your installation as close as possible, based upon your local Viasat technician’s schedule and availability. Once you submit your order, one of our friendly Viasat Sales Professionals will contact you to confirm your installation time & date.
IMPORTANT: If you rent and do not already have a dish installed on the property, we will require landlord written permission.
Viasat Plans: Plans & pricing vary based upon location & availability. Your sales rep will confirm available plans and discuss options with you prior to scheduling your installation. Placing an order today doesn’t lock you into anything. It just sets up an account, so that we can schedule a Viasat technician to visit your property.
Equipment Lease: All subscribers are required to lease equipment to receive services. Equipment lease fee is $14.99 per month. Equipment must be returned upon cancellation of service, otherwise an unreturned equipment fee will apply. Taxes apply. The lifetime lease fee is $299.99 and covers the use of the originally issued equipment for the life of the account.
EasyCare: For new Internet customers who purchase EasyCare, the monthly charge is waived for the first 90 days of service. If a customer cancels EasyCare within 90 days after purchase, the customer may be charged the standard rate that would have been applicable for each service call made at the customer’s service address during that 90-day period. Reenrollment in EasyCare may be restricted for up to 180 days after cancellation.
Office Hours: Office Hours is an optional service that provides an additional 500 GB of High-Speed Data for use with web browsing, bulk transfers, real-time communications, network storage, social networking, VPN, and email. Not all internet traffic sources are identifiable and available to benefit from Office Hours. Office Hours does not include video streaming, peer-to-peer networking, gaming, and any other categories of internet content not specifically stated above.
Viasat Shield: Viasat Shield is an optional service for Viasat residential internet service plans that helps protect you from online risks and provides device management features. Shield offers basic features available at no additional charge, and in select areas, premium features for a monthly fee of $8.99 billed by and paid to Viasat.
Viasat Voice: Available only as an add-on service for customers on a service plan providing 12 Mbps or greater and in an eligible service area. Minimum 6-month service term. Additional charges for calls to destinations outside of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada and for directory assistance calls. Billing for Voice for existing Viasat Internet customers commences five days after the date Voice is ordered and for new Viasat Internet customers five days after the date internet service is installed, even if the customer does not activate the Voice equipment. Monthly service fee is $29.99 and is subject to taxes, E911 fees and other regulatory fees and surcharges. 911 service through Viasat’s Voice satellite technology may be limited in comparison to 911 service available through traditional landline telephone carriers. Voice may not work well with fax machines, security systems and other analog data services and devices. Voice may not work during power outages.

Credit Card Hold: There is a $61 preauthorization to confirm that it is a valid payment method. The preauthorization is immediately reversed. However, some card-issuing banks may hold the preauthorized funds for approximately three days based on bank policies.
